OUR STORY
Shifting Momentum is a growing and vibrant space created by Natalia Alarcón with the support of her wonderful dance families. It is an extension of her thriving after school dance program at Baldwin Oaks Academy, a Montessori preschool located in Baldwin Park, FL. and envisioned as a place where her wonderful young students can continue to train and develop as dancers, as well as deepen their connection to the performing arts. We are thrilled to call Bushel & Peck our home and to continue to grow our dance family!
NATALIA ALARCON
OWNER/DIRECTOR
Natalia is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago with over 10 years of experience in dance education.
Trained in contemporary dance styles, classical ballet, choreography and somatic dance practices, she has dedicated herself to crafting a unique and comprehensive dance curriculum that introduces dancers of all levels and ages to their rich and infinite capacity for movement, storytelling and artistry.
I hope to inspire my students to have a curiosity for movement, to stay present in the moment, and to feel empowered to discover their own artistry!
